నిధపతయే నమః నిధనపతాంతికాయ నమః
ఊర్ధ్వాయ నమః ఊర్ధ్వలింగాయ నమః
హిరణ్యాయ నమః హిరణ్యలింగాయ నమః
సువర్ణాయ నమః సువర్ణలింగాయ నమః
దివ్యాయ నమః దివ్యలింగాయ నమః
భవాయ నమః భవలింగాయ నమః
శర్వాయ నమః శర్వ్ల్లలింగాయ నమః
శివాయ నమః శివలింగాయ నమః
జ్వలాయ నమః జ్వలలింగాయ నమః
ఆత్మాయ నమః ఆత్మలింగాయ నమః
పరమాయ నమః పరమలింగాయ నమః
ఏతత్ సోమస్య సూర్యస్య సర్వలింగగ్గ్’ స్థాపయతి పాణి మంత్రం పవిత్రమ్ ||
సద్యోజాతం ప్రపద్యామి సద్యోజాతాయ వై నమో నమః |
భవే భవే నాతిభవే భవస్వ మామ్ | భవోద్భవాయ నమః ||
వామదేవాయ నమో” జ్యేష్ఠాయ నమ-శ్రేష్ఠాయ నమో రుద్రాయ నమః కాలాయ నమః
కలవికరణాయ నమో బలవికరణాయ నమో బలాయ నమో
బలప్రమథనాయ నమ-స్సర్వ-భూతదమనాయ నమో మనోన్మనాయ నమః ||
అఘోరే”భ్యో థ ఘోరే”భ్యో ఘోరఘోరతరేభ్యః |
సర్వే”భ్య-స్సర్వశ-ర్వే”భ్యో నమస్తే అస్తు రుద్రరోపేభ్యః ||
తత్పురుషాయ విద్మహే మహాదేవాయ ధీమహి |
తన్నో రుద్రః ప్రచోదయా”త్ ||
ఈశానః-సర్వ-విద్యానా-మీశ్వర-స్సర్వ-భూతానాం
బ్రహ్మా ధిపతి-ర్బ్రహ్మణో ధిపతి-ర్బ్రహ్మా శివో మే అస్తు సదాశివోమ్ ||
